  New Delhi, October 5, 2026: The Central government has notified elevation of 3 Chief Justices of High Courts to the Supreme Court and a Judicial officer as Additional Judge to High Court.
  
  As per notification Justice Sunita Agarwal, Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh have been elevated to Supreme Court whereas Judicial officer Gurvinder Pal Singh has been appointed Judge of Delhi High Court.
