Railway revises timings of five trains from June 28 and Sept 2
Ferozepur, June 25, 2026: Northern Railway has announced changes in the timings of several passenger and Vande Bharat Express trains due to operational reasons. The revised timings will come into effect from June 28, 2026, and September 2, 2026, respectively.
The timings of Train No. 54616 Pathankot–Amritsar Passenger will be revised from June 28, 2026. Changes have been made at several stations including Chhina, Batala Sugar Mill, Batala Junction, Jaintipura, Kathunangal and Verka Junction, while the timings at Pathankot and other stations will remain unchanged.
The timings of Train No. 54075 Bareilly–Delhi Junction Passenger will also be revised from June 28, 2026. The departure time from Bareilly will now be 5:35 pm instead of 5:15 pm, with revised timings at various stations up to Chandausi Junction.
Similarly, Train No. 54351 Aligarh Junction–Bareilly Passenger will reach Bareilly at 6:15 pm instead of 5:50 pm from June 28, 2026. No changes have been made at other stations.
The departure timings of two Vande Bharat Express trains from Varanasi will be revised from September 2, 2026. Train No. 20888 Varanasi–Ranchi Vande Bharat Express will depart from Varanasi at 3:55 pm instead of 4:05 pm, while Train No. 22500 Varanasi–Deoghar Vande Bharat Express will depart at 6:10 am instead of 6:20 am.
Passengers have been advised to check updated train schedules through the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or by dialling 139 before planning their journey.
