The award ceremony took place during the state-level Independence Day celebrations in Firozpur on August 15, 2026. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann presented the award and certificate to Vinod Kumar, acknowledging his unwavering dedication to inspiring and empowering the youth.
Vinod Kumar's educational journey is deeply rooted in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, having studied at institutions in Govindwal Sahib, Tarn Taran district; Kapurthala; and Tehri Garhwal.

Over the past 12 to 13 years, Vinod Kumar has emerged as a prominent motivational speaker and language trainer. His seminars and awareness programs have been instrumental in motivating students, educators, and parents across various schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
His primary mission is to encourage young people to embrace education, develop skills, build self-confidence, and adopt a positive, drug-free lifestyle. His tireless efforts have inspired countless individuals to pursue their dreams and achieve success.
