Dubai (UAE), October 9, 2025: During his official visit abroad, Union Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Energy, Manohar Lal, offered prayers at Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar in Jebel Ali, Dubai, seeking happiness and prosperity for the people of India.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister highlighted that the teachings of the Gurus remain an eternal source of guidance for humanity. He urged that these divine messages be spread to every home, inspiring individuals to live by the values of compassion, service, and unity.
Manohar Lal commended the growing Sikh and Punjabi community in Dubai and thanked them for their warm hospitality. Upon his arrival, he was honoured with a Siropa and a memento by Sardar Surinder Singh Kandhari, Chief Sevadar, and Satish Kaushik, Consulate General of India in Dubai, also accompanied the Minister.
During the visit, Dr. Prabhleen Singh briefed the Minister on various initiatives and welfare schemes being undertaken for the Sikh community in Haryana.
