Speaking to the media, Mann said the recent incident being referred to was a case of cheating, not a paper leak.
"There has been no paper leak in Punjab. The government has been in power for four and a half years, and not a single paper has leaked," he said.

The Chief Minister explained that during a recent pharmacy examination, authorities detected malpractice within 15 minutes of the exam beginning.
According to Mann, a candidate was allegedly using a Bluetooth-enabled pen to scan the question paper and receive answers through an earpiece from persons outside the examination centre.
He said the police acted swiftly, arresting 10 students along with an 11-member gang allegedly involved in facilitating the cheating. All the accused have been sent to judicial custody.
Mann maintained that the examination was conducted smoothly and that the incident did not amount to a paper leak.
Reiterating his government's commitment to transparent recruitment, the Chief Minister said appointments in Punjab are being made strictly on merit, without any influence of money or favouritism. He asserted that the state government remains committed to ensuring fair and transparent examinations.
