Patiala: Team Tejinder Mehta Launches 'Mera Maan Bhagwant Mann' Campaign After Ardas, Conducts Market Outreach

Patiala, August 4, 2026 : As part of the ongoing 'Mera Maan Bhagwant Mann' public outreach campaign aimed at taking the Punjab Government's welfare policies and development initiatives to every household, Team Tejinder Mehta on Monday began the campaign after offering Ardas at Gurdwara Hoti Mardan Sahib. Following the prayer, the team carried out an extensive public outreach drive across Namdaar Khan Road, Saifabadi Gate, Sarhandi Bazaar and adjoining localities, interacting with shopkeepers and local residents.
During the campaign, the team highlighted the development-oriented vision of Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal and the achievements of the Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in the fields of education, healthcare, free electricity, employment, infrastructure and public welfare. The team also informed residents about the initiatives being undertaken by Chairman Tejinder Mehta for the overall development of Patiala, his continuous engagement with the public and his commitment to public service. Informational material highlighting the government's achievements and welfare schemes was also distributed.
Prominent among those present were Agarwal Welfare Board Chairman Trilok Jain, Khatri Welfare Board Patiala Chairman Ramanpreet Singh Shammi, Christian Welfare Board Patiala Chairman John Masih, Saini Welfare Board Patiala Chairman Basant Bablu Saini, Trade Commission Members Nirmal Jhaneri and Rajat Goyal, Aam Aadmi Party Social Media Wing District President Sumit Takeja, senior leaders Gurnam Singh Fauji, Ravinder Singla, Sonam Bansal, Rajeev Kumar Rao, Surinder Kumar Taneja, Surjit Guru, Dr Saurabh Kashyap, Divesh Kumar, Rahul Sethi, Gaurav Chhabra, youth leader Surinder Singh Nikku, Amit Kumar and Vansh Rajput, besides several other dignitaries.
Members of Team Tejinder Mehta said the objective of the 'Mera Maan Bhagwant Mann' campaign is not only to spread awareness about the Punjab Government's pro-people policies and development initiatives but also to further strengthen Chairman Tejinder Mehta's connect with the people and his vision for Patiala's development. They added that the public outreach campaign would continue in different parts of the city in the coming days.
