Punjab Government to stage special presentation of theatre play ‘Hamare Ram’ on Aug 30 in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, August 26, 2026: The Punjab Government will organise a special presentation of the theatre play ‘Hamare Ram’ at Genesis Institute of Dental Sciences and Research on Moga Road, Ferozepur, on August 30.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Krishna Pal Rajput said the play would offer a vibrant presentation highlighting the timeless teachings and ideals of Lord Shri Ram. Renowned actor Ashutosh Rana, along with other artists, will be part of the presentation.
He said the initiative aims to take the eternal teachings of Lord Shri Ram to the people, strengthen the values of Sanatan Dharma and spread the message of truth, justice, compassion and unity through the powerful medium of theatre.
ADC said the initiative also seeks to promote the country's rich cultural heritage and traditional values among the people. He informed that the play will be presented in two shows on August 30—from 2 pm to 5:30 pm and from 6 pm to 9:30 pm.
