  Chandigarh, June 3, 2026: The Haryana Government has assigned additional responsibilities to 2013-batch Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officer Manish Kumar Lohan, appointing him as Additional Director, Information, Public Relations & Languages, and Additional Director, Mines & Geology, in addition to his current charge as Additional Director, Civil Aviation.
  
  The orders were issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi with immediate effect.
