Non-movement of trains in Punjab despite clearance of railway tracks
In protest, LBM sends ‘ghungroos’ to Union Railway Minister and ‘bangles’ for BJP National Gen. Secretary and Punjab President
Ludhiana, November 2, 2020: Ludhiana Beopar Mandal President, Maninder Pal Guliani sends “ghungroos” to Piyush Goay, Union Railway Minister of India and bangles to National General Secretary, Tarun Chugh and State BJP President Ashwani Sharma.
Guliani ordered ghungroos at online shopping site amazon.in. The ghungroos shall be delivered by amazon directly to the Mumbai address of Piyush Goyal, Railway Minister
Despite the clearance of railway tracks by the farmers organisations for the movement of goods trains, still the Railway Minister is dancing to the tunes of big Corporates and has halted the goods train services to the Punjab on the directions of those big corporate houses.
Instead of dancing silently, Goyal should wear these ghungroos so that world should know that the Indian Railway Minister is working at the behest of big corporates.
The industrialists of Punjab (majority of them voters of Modi) are suffering huge losses due to suspension of goods trains. All the industrial sectors of Punjab are largely affected by non-movement of goods trains. The primary steel producers like Steel Authority of India Ltd, RINL, TATA, JSPL has raised the prices of their steel products due to scarcity of steel.
LBM President, Guliani, has sent bangles to BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh and Punjab BJP President Ashwani Sharma for playing dirty politics. Instead of playing a positive role, both the leaders are instigating the traders against the farmers.
The role of Tarun Chugh, and Ashwani Sharma is not only anti-farmers but anti-traders too. What has the state BJP leadership done so far for industrialists? Asks Guliani? Did the state BJP leaders ever requested their high command on behalf of industries of Punjab for the resumption of goods trains ? Both the leaders are trying to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of Punjab. Ludhiana Beopar Mandal highly condemned their naxalist remarks against farmers.
He said, if within next 7 days, the goods trains services are not resumed in Punjab then we shall protest against the Modi government and will burn the effigies of BJP leaders all over Punjab. Moreover, we will also shut our shops and factories and will send keys of our shops to the Prime Minister of India as a mark of protest.
